and this is the reason why!!
My home has turned into a winter wonderland!
And our car is just not up to the job of taking me into work today!
I can't say I'm too upset to be here,
with the Meesh cuddled up tight next to me
...listening to Eminem's Stan
...giving my blog a new year make over
...and giving myself a face mask
I could get used to this!
omg....that must be cold!! beautiful though!!!
ReplyDeleteMother Nature dumped a mess of snow on us last night too....it will definitely be an interesting trek into work!
ReplyDeleteLucky thing! Being within walking distance of work can sometimes have its downsides! Enjoy x
ReplyDeleteyour blog looks great! I wondered how much snow you would get :) I've been in work everyday since it started here - I'm a bit depressed about that...
ReplyDeleteHave a great snow day!
lucky lucky you! enjoy your snow day :)
ReplyDeleteOh, so fun. It looks so beautiful!! I love snow days. Have fun and make a few snow angels. Can't wait to see what your new blog face looks like!!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, another UK blogger at home because of the weather. Hope your having a relaxing day matey. I realised that converse trainers and ice do not make good bedfellows.
ReplyDeleteStick the heating on, chillax and make the most of it.
Amazing photos as always.
oh lucky you! I hate snow, but I do love snow days! enjoy your day in!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous! I'm hoping for a snow day tomorrow- although, for a snow day in South Carolina, you only need about 1/10 of an inch (lucky for us, that's what they're calling for!)
ReplyDeleteAh that sounds lovely!
ReplyDeletecompletely jealous!!!
ReplyDeletei am in love with your new header! love love love.
ReplyDeletei also adore snow and well, we never get snow days over here in the city.
i love you.
Love the new look, and am dead jealous of you being snowed in. Not enough snow in Kentish Town for that :( Plus I work from home so unless it starts snowing on my desk I still have to go to work.
ReplyDeleteOh, and your pics are gorgeous.
love the blog makeover. love eminem. love your view.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHave a fun snow day :) Here in MA, they've been threatening us with a major snow storm for awhile...though it always comes in small flurries.
ReplyDeleteI often dream of moving to a place that gets snowed in ...for this exact reason. I love it! Take advantage of it to the fullest.
ReplyDeleteHaha it makes me laugh to think that you listen to Stan. In a good way, of course. I love the song!
ReplyDeleteAnd what a perfect excuse to take a little day off. Your winter wonderland looks gorgeous.
Love the new look and the pictures, as always, are amazing!
ReplyDeleteDepending on your mood and point of view, getting snowed in can be fabulous or awful! I'm glad you enjoyed your day!
ReplyDeleteyay! snow day! those were my favourite when growing up.
ReplyDeleteMmmmmm....we don't ever get snowed in here :(
ReplyDeleteAlways going to work :)
Enjoy the mask, and the 'free' time.
xoxo
I wasn't snowed it but...it was in the 30s and in FLA that is too cold to leave the house. Ah ha ha
ReplyDeleteGuess it wasn't too bad staying at home. The photos are just wonderful. The real thing must be too. :) Happy new year to you!
ReplyDeleteSO pretty! Wish it would snow again!
ReplyDeleteI really truly love this post! It is such happiness!
ReplyDeletethe blog looks great... and what a fun day at home...
ReplyDeleteps i love that song... so catchy
This happened in Vancouver last year. We couldn't drive anywhere because they wouldn't plow the side streets! This year it hasn't snowed at all. Weird.
